AIMT offers a B.Tech course in 6 specializations, namely Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, and Civil Engineering. Candidates securing a minimum of 50% aggregate in 10+2 are eligible to take admission to the B.Tech program, whereas students must also have qualified in the UPSEE. The Regular B.Tech course is a four-year duration course, and the B.Tech lateral entry is three years duration course.

Candidates who have cleared diploma in engineering or B.Sc with Mathematics as mandatory subjects and have secured a minimum 50% aggregate such candidates are eligible for B.Tech lateral entry course.

This course is offered under the Architectural department, for which the basic eligibility of the candidates must be 10+2 passed with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
